Olivia Aréchiga

Olivia is an AGILE-certified SCRUM Master with over 13 years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects across IT, local government, and enterprise sectors. She specializes in complex project management and implementation planning. She has led high-impact engagements for Fortune 500 companies and regional public sector systems. In 2021, Olivia directed the modernization of the Illinois Regional Emergency Dispatch Center (RED Center), coordinating across 15 municipalities to upgrade and secure public safety communication networks.
